- Preparation Time: Your orders, due to the handmade nature of our crafts, are delivered to cargo within a maximum of 5 (five) business days upon completion of preparation.
- Delivery Time: We provide delivery throughout Turkey within 3-5 business days using the fastest logistics networks.
- Shipping Fee: Shipping is completely free.
2. Return and Exchange Conditions
It is essential for us that the product you purchase meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied:
- 14-Day Period: You have the right to return or exchange your product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided it has not been used.
- Product Condition: The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and sent with its original elegant packaging (if a wooden box is included).
